some people have suggested it to help with community cohesion, I like the WJDE myself but all good democracies have a vote

I can imagine that for the WJDE members it's confusing to have 2 identical named Windows as well as easier to forget to log into the channel because of it.

It's not confusing to have 2 WJDE windows - the one with an extra name is the shared channel.
AFAIC we keep it the same but Dingers is ok too (just more typing ;-) )
